Danzig demon skull pin in cold-cast iron or bronze. Traditionally hand-sculpted in clay, these little devils are cast from the original mold in a combination of metal powder and urethane resin, so the metallic surface on them is real metal, not paint! The casts are then heated, black-waxed, and buffed to highlight the details. The final pin or key chain is 30% metal and very strong with a nice weight with no paint to chip!
*Cold-casting is the process of mixing metal powder in with the surface layer of urethane resin for a metal finish which is then coated in a black wax and buffed to reveal detail. In other words, the buckle is mostly resin but has a real metallic surface. Strong but lightweight, and no paint to chip!
